The Department of Health reports that it will extend the 18-month expiration date for Dental Hygiene Initial Limited Licenses until Sept. 30, 2022.

The Department of Health reports that it will extend the 18-month expiration date for Dental Hygiene Initial Limited Licenses until Sept. 30, 2022.

"Due to the continued COVID-19 emergency, in-person dental hygiene clinical examination space remains limited. In order to continue protecting public health, beginning Oct. 1, 2021 the department will extend initial limited license expiration dates until Sept. 30, 2022."
