The webinar will take place at 3 p.m. ET. Register here.

The Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal opened for the second reporting period on Jan. 1 and will remain open through March 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Dentists who received funds exceeding $10,000 between July 1, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2020, had until Dec. 31, 2021, to use the funds and will need to submit their reports before the period 2 deadline. For the third reporting period, dentists have until Sept. 30, and the fourth-period deadline will be March 31, 2023. See the HRSA Reporting Requirements page for more information.

The Provider Relief Fund was established by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act and allows eligible dental service providers to apply for payments, not loans, made for health care-related expenses or lost revenue attributable to COVID-19.

To assist providers with reporting, HRSA has created the following:

• A Reporting Period 2 Fact Sheet.
• A Lost Revenues Guide updated for the second reporting period.

To see all of HRSA’s reporting-related resources, visit the PRF Reporting Resources Page.

For more information about eligibility requirements, documents and information needed, and application process, call the Provider Support Line at 1-866-569-3522.

The ADA has also created an FAQ addressing popular questions on the Provider Relief Fund.
