The Commission will hear an update on profession fee rules, hear an update on the progression of the anesthesia rules from Dr. Marsh as well as on the draft interpretive statement, Applications Requirements for Moderate Sedation with Parenteral Agents Permits, which the Commission may vote to approve during the meeting.
The Commission will also discuss, among other topics, the HELMS update, license cycle renewal changes, correspondence related to periodontal screening and recording examination from Dr. John Bial along with correspondence from Dr. Richman regarding in person business meetings, continuing competency disciplinary sanctioning guidelines, guidance for expired credentials sanctions, initial assessment thresholds policy, and mandatory malpractice report.
