The Commission will discuss updates on rulemaking related to licensure fee changes and substance abuse monitoring programs, and may vote on rules to consider adding Residential Habilitation Centers to the list of opioid prescribing exclusions.
Further, the Commission will hear updates from the Educational Outreach Committee as well as on legislation that would allow faculty dental licenses for all CODA-accredited dental schools in Washington. Finally, DQAC will receive a CDCA/WREB/CITA meeting report, approve the CDCA/WREB/CITA exam, review a report from the Dental Assisting National Board of the Washington state restorative exam, discuss testing parameters for online CE training for disciplinary purposes, review continuing competency disciplinary sanctioning guidelines, and review mandatory malpractice reports.
