Arcora Foundation is looking to hire 8-10 dentists or licensed hygienists to work as Smile Survey oral health screeners in elementary schools across the state.

2022-23 Washington State Smile Survey Screener Contractor
Arcora Foundation is hiring up to 8 dental professionals (licensed RDH or Dentist) to perform
Smile Survey oral health screenings on children in second and third grade in elementary schools in the following counties:
Clallam,
Clark,
Cowlitz,
Island,
Kitsap,
Pierce,
San Juan,
Snohomish, and
Spokane.
The oral health examiners will work in collaboration with the Smile Survey project team — including State and County-Level Coordinators — and will visit selected elementary schools to perform oral health screenings and submit data electronically. All materials and equipment will be provided.
All interested candidates:
- Must attend the mandatory in-person calibration training on Feb. 10, 2023. This all-day session will be a combination of classroom training in Lakewood, WA (event site TBD) and hands-on training with students at Dower Elementary.
- Sign a contract with Arcora Foundation.
- Show proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
