New phone hours for medical, medical equipment, and dental authorization units.
The Health Care Authority is writing to inform you of new phone support hours for medical, medical equipment, and dental authorization units.
New hours
Beginning April 1, 2021, the new phone support hours will be Tuesday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to noon (Pacific).
This change applies to the following extensions under Authorization Services (1-800-562-3022):
- Medical equipment: x15466
- Medical: x15471
- Comagine: x52018
- Dental: x15468
